Cancellation Policy

  • A non-refundable $500 deposit is due upon booking.

  • We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum attendees (if we do so, your deposit is refunded in full).

  • Full payments are due by September 15th, 2023.

  • Cancellations between July 1st - September 15th, 2023 will receive a 50% refund of the total cost.

  • Cancellations on or after September 16th, 2023 will forfeit 100% of the cost of the trip.

  • Trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended when making travel plans.

  • Flights to and from Cancun airport

  • Tips for your room maid: $1-3 per day suggested

  • Souvenirs you wish to buy

Incusions
Booking your Flights

We recommend flying into Cancun on December 29th in the late morning/ early afternoon if possible, and we will have a shuttle leaving Cancun airport at 2:30pm to bring you to Paledora!

 

On January 5th, we recommend booking a flight from Cancun in the afternoon, as we have a shuttle leaving from Paledora at 11am, and the trip is 1.5 hours.

 

If you are flying in/ out at times separate from these, we are happy to help you arrange an airport shuttle at your own cost.
