What is Manas?

Manas is a Sanskrit word meaning “mind”, “thought”, or “integration of sensory perceptions”. We all have our own perceptions of the world, translated through our thoughts, and these perceptions determine our reality. Ultimately, the way to heal our minds and change our lives is to look deeply into our thought patterns, and change those that are not helping us become the people we desire to be. When we learn to master our minds, to control our thoughts, we unlock the power to transform our entire lives.

I believe that true healing comes from within, and I am committed to helping you rediscover yourself and reconnect with your inner wisdom. My approach is grounded in mindfulness, positive psychology, and other evidence-based practices that have been shown to have profound benefits for mental health and wellbeing.

What Makes Manas Mastery Different...?

I've been there. I've battled with crippling anxiety, ADHD, disordered eating, substance abuse, and bipolar disorder, and I've come out the other side completely medication free! I was determined not to let stigma control my life, or define the person I was going to become. Ultimately, my mental health became my superpower, and it is my life goal to help others learn to heal in the same way.
