Naturally Healing Anxiety is for anyone who wishes to calm their mind, move past insecurities, and make meaningful decisions with confidence. My mission is to empower you with the tools and strategies I’ve used to find mental clarity and joy, without the use of medication. 

This workshop addresses what anxiety really is, highlights how it may be affecting your life in unexpected ways. We discuss common habits that feed anxiety, how you can shift these habits, and finish with practical ways to start healing anxiety today!
