BETWEEN: Manas Mastery (“Company”) & The Client ("Participant").
This Release of Liability ("Agreement") is entered into between Manas Mastery ("Company") and the individual participating in the mental health life coaching services ("Participant").
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE MENTAL HEALTH LIFE COACHING SERVICES, PARTICIPANT AGREES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH HEREIN.
1. Assumption of Risks:

Participant acknowledges that mental health life coaching services involve certain inherent risks and uncertainties, including emotional challenges and discomfort, personal exploration, and the potential disclosure of sensitive information.

Participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the online mental health life coaching services and acknowledges that the Company cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results.
2. Release and Waiver:

Participant, on behalf of themselves, their heirs, and assigns, releases and discharges the Company, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in the mental health life coaching services.

This release includes, but is not limited to, any liability for emotional distress, physical or mental injury, or any other damages that may arise during or after the mental health life coaching services.
3. Confidentiality and Privacy:

The Company acknowledges and agrees to maintain the confidentiality and privacy of Participant's personal information and any sensitive disclosures made during the mental health life coaching services, in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the Company's privacy policy.
4. Professional Advice:

Participant understands that the mental health life coaching services do not constitute medical or mental health treatment.

Participant acknowledges that any guidance, suggestions, or advice provided by the Company or its representatives are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and should not be relied upon as such.
5. Indemnification:

Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to Participant's participation in the mental health life coaching services.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Australia.
7. Severability:

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
BY SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT PARTICIPANT ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THEY HAVE HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO ASK QUESTIONS, SEEK CLARIFICATION, AND OBTAIN ANY NECESSARY INFORMATION REGARDING THE NATURE, RISKS, AND POTENTIAL CONSEQUENCES ASSOCIATED WITH THE MENTAL HEALTH LIFE COACHING SERVICES. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE MENTAL HEALTH LIFE COACHING SERVICES, PARTICIPANT ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THEY HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND VOLUNTARILY ACCEPTED THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
